They either crouched on the ground to check the sealing of the valve, or climbed up to a high place to check the installation accuracy of the equipment, and did not miss a single detail. Leaders also went to the front line, working side by side with technical personnel to discuss solutions and ensure that problems were rectified in a timely manner.
