An outbreak of epidemic  in early 2020 disrupted the original plan of OMF, and the internal review of OBHE in February and QLM in April were postponed. In order to truly understand the operation situation of OBHE's quality system, K.M. Bernd, quality director of OMF, Du Yegang, quality director of OMF in China, Zhang Yong, acting quality manager of OBHE, and Zhu Xiangchun, QMS, unanimously determined the internal review time when they connected via Skype.

As one of the content of this internal review start-up meeting, general manager Mr. Zhong Ming reiterated the point of view that practical and reliable operation of system is greater than the actual certificate. Mr. Du Yegang reviewed the process of establishing the quality system of Yangzhou company, and vice President Li and vice President Tao expressed their support for the system.

In the examination of the engineering department, the head of the department specially arranged the staff who had not been on a business trip to participate in the internal review to select the problems of the project under review, and at the same time to conduct an in-depth analysis of the program documents, and strive to write what to do, do what is written.。

At present, the project department and the quality department are under unified management. The department head takes the company's process construction as an opportunity to pay close attention to the sub-process construction, pays attention to the connection point control with all departments, which is effective in standardizing the record of the key construction nodes of the project.。

The review of the sales department is the most satisfactory. In customer demand collection, project launch,  management change, etc., they make it well documented, and documents are quickly obtained.

At the last meeting, Zhang Yong summarized the advantage and defect in the internal review, and called on all departments to follow the example of the sales department and improve the system operation plan suitable for the department process as soon as possible;Mr. Du Yegang confirmed that on the premise of less personnel and more business, OBHE has made certain achievements in the system operation and  need to strengthen the aspects of data filing, interface management of various majors and departments, version management of output documents of various processes, distribution control, etc. The rectification of the internal review will be followed up and he will continue to support the establishment and operation of the OBHE system, and further discuss the integration of research and development into the quality system in the later stage.
