Jiaxing Yi Peng Annual Output of 500,000 tons of Differential Functional Direct-spinning Project Succesfully Finished

The annual output of 400tpd polyester direct spinning production line in workshop C was put into operation in May, 2020, which was designed by Oerlikon Barmag Huitong (Yangzhou) Engineering Co., Ltd. and for which provided the core equipment by Jiaxing Yi Peng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. During the whole start-up process, the parameters of each section reached the design target and the device was in stable operation.

The successful start-up of the plant marks a deeper cooperation between Heng Yi group and Oerlikon Barmag Huitong (Yangzhou) Engineering co., ltd. on the project of differential fiber.

Three lines of Jiaxing Yi Peng annual output of 500,000 tons project (1X800TPD semi-extinction, 1X400TPD full extinction, 1X400TPD cation) were implemented from the end of November 2017 to May 2020. The entire construction period lasted 30 months, and all of them realized the one-time start-up successfully with zero-discharge waste. The varieties involved are super bright, semi-extinction, full extinction, and cationic dyeable direct spinning FDY.
