Summary of work in the first half of 2020

Reviewing the well completed tasks on early half of 2020, It is grateful to realize that our goal to contiunously add value on creating high quality innovative industries & a vision to improve quality of life with advanced industrial solutions, can be concluded as a success. It is made possible thanks to the judicious support given from our corporate managers and efforts contributed by all colleagues, Throughout this half year, OBHE had been thorougly devoted to tasks that finished diligently in various places, we had not only achieved exceptional greatness on paper, but also seen gradual internal performance enhancment in process management and standardized quality control system.

一、 Project achievements of early half year

 28th March, Jiaxing YiPeng chemical fiber Ltd, 3rd phase 400T/D full-dull PET direct-spinning project went on-stream.

 10th May, Jiaxing YiPeng chemical fiber Ltd, C line 400T/D kation PET direct-spinning project went on-stream.

 21st May, Jiangsu LiXin(Likuso) chemical fiber technology Ltd, 30k ton annual, half-dull, low-viscosity, variety-functional PET chips production line went on-stream.

 29th May, Jiangsu SuoLiDe(Solead) material Group, 200k ton annual, industrial yarn-grade continous poly-condensation equipments project went on-stream.

All projects had reached expected technical parameters when put on-stream, all equipments worked steadily, all start-ups succeeded on first try with zero disposal, which had shown OBHE's overall capability in design and high reliability of services from the start-up crews.

二、Optimized corporate process, standardize quality control system

Reviewing the work for this half year, apart from revenue, we also continously optimizing institution internally, which can be seen on standardized process management & quality control.

 Optimizing corporate process

During later half of 2018, Each departments had started working on initial plan for corporate process. Standardizing the corporate process is mainly aimed to resolve cooperative problems existed among different departments, to improve ogranizational efficiency, enhance group cohesion and conduct responsiveness, to ensure each stages of process is smoothly transfered on a high standard among departments. In early April this year, we had comprehensively started reevaluation and modification on process plan in details. We established process optimizing group dedicated to this task, with the help of each departments, as well as additional reviewing standard, all above had ensured the task been performed effectively.

 Standardizing quality control system

Due to pandemic early this year, our cross-internal audit for February and QMS for April were both delayed. On this circumstances, we used cloud meeting to ensure all relevant staff acknowledge working progress of quality system. The standardization of quality system is mainly aimed to clear out unidentified responsibilities and ambiguity in communications, distribute responsible workload to each relevant deaprtments; with the help of internal auditing and external supervision and other quality control measures, we will continously improve on this matter.

三、 Conclusion and future planning

Although the early 2020 had been a big rush, we can still calm down to handle projects with expected quantity and quality, with the help of company’s capable leadership and close coordination among all stakeholders. We should not only seen achievements in revenue but also in terms of internal corporate processing; seen it as an internal pilgrim that exempting fancy delusions, we should progress with great devotion to the future.

For the time being, all domestic projects will continue to conduct delivery and start on-site installation. For overseas projects, although delivery were all delayed respectively due to ongoing pandemic, we still kept in active communication with customers, we believe all trouble will be overcome and each projects been successfully finished.

As mentioned before, we will also keep persuing tasks related to corporate process optimization and it's implementation. Meanwhile, we will continue on QMS works, and incorporate QMS standard into daily routine. A standardized internal working process will be the cornerstone for all our projects' implementation, and will hopefully create certain advantage in the market. As the result, our crew will use this confidence to face the storm of competition and sail further ahead!
