PET Recycling Integrated Solution
OBHE - Physical Recycling

1.0- Screw Extrusion Method

1.0.1 Recycling Process

PET waste is washed, sorted, and dried to become clean PET waste. The clean PET waste is then melted and filtered through a screw extruder, after which it is sent to a pelletizer for chips cutting or further processed for spinning.

1.0.2 Process Characteristics

- Wide range of raw material sources, including waste PET flakes, waste fibers and waste fabric scraps.
- Simple process flow.
- Small equipment footprint.
- Product quality is highly dependent on raw material quality.

2.0- Homogenization Method
2.0.1 Recycling Process
PET waste is washed, sorted, and dried to become clean PET waste. The clean PET waste is then melted and filtered through a screw extruder, after which it is sent to a homogenizer for polycondensation.
Finally, the melt filtered again before being sent to a pelletizer for chips cutting or further
processed for spinning.

2.0.2 Process Characteristics

- Wide range of raw material sources, including waste bottle flakes, waste fibers and waste fabric scraps.
- Enhances intrinsic viscosity (IV) by 0.2~0.5, with a vacuum system removing oils and other small-molecule
- impurities, ensuring uniform IV.
- Ensures consistent product quality, leading to more stable downstream spinning processes.
- Our technology enables applications such as bottle-to-bottle, bottle-to-fiber, film-to-film, and fiber-to-fiber recycling.
