Our company began independent research and development of five-kettle process continuous polyester technology in 1996, successfully launched in 2000 Jiangyin Huahong annual output of 80,000 tons continuous polyester production line, so far has contracted to build more than 90 continuous polyester production lines, of which the minimum capacity of a single line is 30 tons/day, the maximum capacity of 1800 tons/day, the production process has five kettle and four kettle two.Currently, in the field of PET polymerization, we have provided more than 12 million tons of production capacity to global customers, including an annual output of 600,000 tons of polymerization unit, which is the largest single set of polymerization unit in the industry.Lead the industry in aggregation differentiation technology.Products involve high pressure (atmospheric pressure) cations, antimony free environmental protection cations, high shrinkage, flame retardant, low melting point, full extinction, alkali (water) dissolution, antibacterial, antistatic, especially melt direct spinning filament, staple fiber differential technology, in the leading position in the industry.
