OBHE professional and technical training helps employees grow

Since its inception, OBHE has maintained a steady growth in the number of employees.  It has always been the focus of the management of the company to make new employees familiar with the company's business, master professional skills and improve their professional level. Therefore, OBHE launched a continuous professional and technical training program for new employees.  

The training content covers various aspects, angles and specialties, from simple instrument cognition to professional simulation calculation, from on-site internship to project design calculation, from professional capital raising to professional countersignature.  The training mode implements rolling from easy to difficult, which is convenient for employees to absorb and learn.  

The training teachers prepared the training handout carefully and explained the course content in detail.  The colleagues who participated in the training listened carefully and actively asked questions and discussed.  After each training, questionnaire examination will be conducted in time, so as to check the training effect and find problems. The next training will focus on explanation.
