Important commissioning node of OBHE before Bengali -MGI project: ignition of combustion furnace successfully

2022 has arrived, and the global COVID-19 pandemic is still a daunting task. 

Under the condition of ensuring safety, OBHE engineers rushed to the MGI project site in Bangladesh without hesitation, which is destined to have an extraordinary significance.  The importance of the project, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, put OBHE engineers under pressure.  But more pressure means more responsibility, and now that we're here, we're going to win.  

The most important part of the MGI field package in Bangladesh is the burner.  This complete system has many equipment and complicated control.  The time to debug the combustion furnace happened to coincide with the Chinese traditional festival Spring Festival, domestic remote support efficiency could not reach the expected, and equipment suppliers could not go to the site to debug the equipment, so it became the responsibility of OBHE field engineers to lead the debugging of the equipment.  Field engineers will effectively use the Spring Festival holiday to quickly sort out and integrate the problems found, and check and debug on the basis of remote support provided by suppliers.  Find the problem and solve the problem, do not bring hidden trouble to the later ignition debugging.  

In the inspection before the preparation of ignition, although there were some small incidents, but the field engineers with professional technology, overtime will be properly solved the problem.  The ignition of the burner is critical, and both the field engineers and the customer are ready for it.  Debugging is important, but so is security.  Safety is the first principle OBHE attaches great importance to at the project site.  

During the ignition process, the field engineers carefully check and track, and after confirming the normal operation of the equipment, start the ignition debugging.  Although ignition is difficult, but after repeated adjustments by field engineers, careful investigation.  The lighting ceremony proceeded as planned.  

As the flames flared, the field engineers were thrilled beyond words.  This hard-won success is the best gift for OBHE. Watching the red flame slowly change into a more gorgeous blue flame under careful adjustment, the inner excitement keeps growing and growing like a flame.
