The Design Coordination Meeting of Shaoxing He Qiao Heng Ming Chemical Fiber Phase II’s Annual Output 1.4 Million Tons of New Functional Fiber Extension Engneering Project

 

On the morning of August 12, 2019, the design coordination meeting of Shaoxing He Qiao Heng Ming Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd’s annual output 1.4 million tons of new functional fiber extension engneering project was held in Hengyi Nan’an Mingzhu. General Manager of Heng Yi Engeering Company Yang Qinglin, General Manager of Shaoxing He Qiao Heng Ming Chemical Fiber Co.Ltd Chen Jiangang, Vice-General Manager of Heng Yi Group’s Investment Management Department Luo Dan, project leader of Heng Ming second stage Dai Shilin, and Gneral Manager of Oerlikon Barmag Huitong (Yangzhou) Engineering Co.Ltd Zhong Ming, four design units, attended this meeting, also specially invited General Manager of Zhejiang Hengyi Polymer Co. Ltd Mei Zhaolin, Vice-General Manager of Haining New Material Co. Ltd Cao Xue’an and other famous domestic polyester experts to participate in the review. This meeting was presided over by Liu Yixiao, Director of design management department of Hengyi Engineering Company.

The introdution of design and general layout of Oerlikon Barmag Huitong(Yangzhou) Engineering Co.,Ltd. and China United Engineering Co.,Ltd. was listened with experts and leaders at the meeting. The discussion and design and coornation were conducted in terms of general layout and utilities.

The general design institute of this project is Oerlikon Barmag Huitong(Yangzhou) Engineering Co.,Ltd. At the meeting, Cai Qinggao, the project manager, briefly introduced the history of cooperation between Hengyi Group and Barmag Huitong Company, shared the design results of Barmag Huitong, and showed full confidence in the Hengming Phase II project.

At the meeting, engineers from each design unit introduced the general layout of Hengming Phase II project and the general design regulations of the project. Each unit carried on discussion and coordination in terms of general plant flow, plant utilities and genaeral plant layout, solved the problems encountered in the early design and reached an agreement on the content, depth and schedule requirements of design basis. Each unit confirmed the content of discussion and coordination at the meeting and signed the meeting minutes, which clarified the following divisions and responsibilities and effectively ensured the normal advancement according to the plan.    

     

The design coordination meeting lasted for two days. After the coordination meeting, the project leaders of Barmag Huitong Company , Hengming Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd and Hengyi Engineering Company will keep in touch, carefully organize ,manage and design and make every efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of the project with first-class design quality, first-class design speed, first-class service attitude.
