At 23:18 on March 28, 2020, Hengyi Group Jiaxing Yipeng Chemical Fiber Phase III 400 tons/day Full Extinction Project overall desigened, manufactured and contracted by Oerlikon Barmag Huitong (Yangzhou) Engineering Co., Ltd started up successfully. The chips were successfully produced at 11:18 on March 29. The parameters of each section were stable during the whole start-up process, and the device was running steadily. The zero-waste discharge starting up achieved complete one-time success.

Think back 2 months, the sudden outbreak of covid-19 caused a lot of difficulties in project starting up. In this regard, the OBHE has planned ahead of time and made careful deployment. Based on the resolute implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures and emergency response plans, the OBHE has reasonably arranged the operation process. In order to ensure the progress of the project and ensure the customer starting up as planned, OBHE engineers immediately went to the Yipeng site after the resumption of work to provide technical support for the construction of the project.The management guided the site work through Skype video conference every week, and had a detailed understanding of the construction progress, site conditions, quality and other aspects of the project.
