Prosperity!The first differential continuous polyester pilot plant designed by OBHE with an annual output of 2400 tons was successfully launched
At 8:18 a.m. on January 9, 2021, Zhejiang Henglan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henglan Technology") started the 2400-ton/year continuous polyester device project.At that time, as Wang Han, vice general manager of Henglan Technology, pressed the "feed" button, the pilot plant was officially put into production, and the pellet was successfully cut at 22:18 on 9th, successfully realizing a successful start up!At the request of the customer of Henglan Technology, the pilot plant turned to cationic production at 6:18 on the 12th, and the production ran stably.
This pilot plant is a key project of OBHE, and it is also the first continuous polyester test plant customized by OBHE for Everland Technology.On the basis of summarizing the design experience of several sets of differential polyester devices, and taking into account the diversity of the differential varieties of this device.OBHE gives full consideration to users' needs in the aspects of process flow and equipment technical details, and gives full play to OBHE's enterprise philosophy of "promoting technological innovation".
The design of the project began in 2019 and construction began in April 2020.In the face of the difficult challenge of COVID-19, the project team never flinched and went forward courageously.From the design to the construction of each link, take seriously, keep improving.Now the smooth operation of the project is the result of the joint efforts of all the project team members, but also the witness of many hard work day and night.During the construction and installation process, the project team members worked closely, strengthened communication and actively coordinated to solve on-site problems, which won the support and affirmation from the customers, laying a foundation for the continuous deepening cooperation between OBHE and Henglan Technology.
