In the cool season of late summer and early autumn, Oerlikon Barmag huitong (Yangzhou) Engineering Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "OBHE") successfully held a staff suggestion & feedback forum in late August. Through the in-depth communication between the employees and the management team, the company has enhanced the understanding and trust of both sides and improved the vitality of the organization.


Mr. Zhong Ming, General manager of OBHE, attended the symposium and made an opening speech, emphasizing that Oerakon has always adhered to the concept of people-oriented development, and the suggestions of employees are very important to the sustainable development of the company, and the company also attaches special importance to the feedback of everyone's voice, encouraging and welcoming all employees to be good at finding problems and bravely putting forward opinions. Then Mr. Tao Jiahong, deputy general manager of the Engineering Technology Department and chairman of the trade union, also made a wonderful speech, pointing out the importance of democratic communication forms, and I believe that feasible solutions will be found and implemented through active discussions between the two sides.


Next, employees put forward a lot of effective suggestions on the current daily management and operation of the company, involving work process/standards, cross-departmental communication and collaboration, training and development, performance assessment, group activities, working environment and other aspects, many of which were constructive ideas and suggestions. At the same time, the management team also made effective feedback from multiple perspectives and dimensions according to the suggestions from different aspects of the employees, and the heads of the engineering department, project department and Human Resources Department respectively. Zhong and Tao also actively answered everyone's questions from the perspective of the overall development of the company. After in-depth communication between the two sides, some achievements have begun to emerge gradually, such as some progress in the design standardization process, project experience summary and sharing, professional knowledge and skills training. Happy time is always short, inadvertently this symposium has been in a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere successfully ended.
