The autumn breeze is cool, and the osmanthus is fragrant. In this harvest season, on November 9, 2024, the first reactor (004-R01) of the JX project produced by OCFM was successfully accepted by OBHE and shipped.

JX project is another important customer of OBHE in the field of non-fiber, the first esterification reactor (004-R01) is the first reactor in the continuous polyester plant, in which the slurry completes the reaction, heat exchange, dehydration and realizes the transformation to esterification, the working conditions are complex and the reaction is intense, and it is the core equipment for the stable operation of the polyester plant and the production of high-quality products.

The 113-ton reactor is the "Big Mac" of the eight projects OCFM and OBHE have worked on so far. Due to the tight time, large volume, heavy weight and high requirements, the whole production process is undoubtedly a double test of technology and safety. According to the conditions of its own inherent production equipment and the actual situation of employees' skills, OCFM has designed and explored its own process route to achieve the most simplified and safer production and internal transportation; The workshop management flexibly arranged the dispatch of operators, so that they could make the best use of them, and the employees worked overtime, with superb technical level and meticulous professionalism, and finally became the reactor production task as scheduled. Mr. Ren Yuan, the general manager, together with production, logistics, technology, safety and other relevant departments, often appears at the production site to guide and boost morale and escort the reactor manufacturing project. Mr. Zhong Ming, General Manager of OBHE, also visited OCFM several times to communicate delivery time, eliminate interference, and coordinate project management and quality teams of both parties to ensure that the reactor has a zero inventory cycle from completion to shipment.
