Introduction to Zhejiang Hengyi High-tech 200T/D+100T/D CP Project

We have signed two 200T/D + 100T/D CP project contracts with Zhejiang Hengyi High-tech on 1.1,2017. The two production lines have diversified polyester and have the function of differential polyester such as cationic, high shrinkage, low melting point, flame retarding and so on. When the contract comes into effect, the design, civil construction, purchasing, installment, commissioning begin. It took 10 months until the plant successfully started up on 10.5, 2017. The cycle time of the project was very short, whcih is in the forefront of polyester industry. The excellence performance is the result of joint efforts of both parties.

According to the project schedule and time nodes, the costruction team often worked in the rain and overtime during the construction. Because everyone firmly believed that there will have to pay a return.

In order to ensure the quality, technicians of OBHE stayed at site to track guidance , guarantee the quality, and construct safely and civilizedly.

Through the joint efforts and support of Hengyi High-tech related staff, OBHE staff, installation company staff and suppliers, the project was successfully put into production on OCT.5,2017 according to the schedule and the products quality indext met the customers’ requirements. No pains, no gains.
