OBHE Project Staged Work Summary Meeting

Spring is very much in the air and imperceptibly, one third of the time is up along with the lines of the seaon. At the beginning of April, Yangzhou woke up from a deep sleep, immersed in the fragrance of flowers, birds, traffic and the whole city came to life.In early April 2020, the OBHE project department held a monthly project seminar at the call of the company's management. Each department manager and the project managers participate in this meeting actively.

Before the new year,several projects OBHE has been started on the site and the site work has been carried out orderly. But the abrupt coronavirus caught companies across the country unprepared. Due to the outbreak, we have adjusted the schedule of individual projects. On February 10th OBHE went back to work after comprehensive anti-epidemic measures and adequate supplies were prepared. In late February, site leaders of each project rushed to the site to guide the site to fully resume work, and the installation and piping work proceeded in an orderly manner. Part of the project has entered the stage of installation and comissioning.

Despite the difficulties, with the concerted efforts of all OBHE staff, we beat the winter and let the spring come to the stage. On March 28, 2020, the D line all-extinction project of Jiaxing yipeng, which was designed, manufactured and contracted by OBHE, was successfully launched as planned.

In addition, according to the plan, other projects also entered the site of construction. Under the arrangement of the company's leaders, the site work arrangement and manpower distribution for thorough deployment and adjustment. At the same time, for projects in the design stage, although some projects are affected by objective factors, most of them are carried out according to the schedule.

At th meeting, each project leader put forward the problems and difficulties arising from the project. To solve these problems and difficulties, the professional personnel have put forward its own opinion, after the discussion and combines these opinions, every problem get effective solution. We believe that in the follow-up work will be effectively implemented and improved.

In the course of the discussion, everyone at present also shared their own experience and put forward many valuable suggestions worth learning, so as to avoid unnecessary problems in the following work. This is also an effort to better carry out the project according to the schedule, which is the advantage of the quality system for the actual work of the company after the company attaches importance to the construction of the quality system.

At the end of the meeting, each project manager made a conceptual introduction to the follow-up of the project and stated the work tasks and completion time of the next phase of the project, as well as the work content that required the cooperation of other departments of the company.

The meeting served as a link between the preceding and the following. While summarizing the project work status of the previous month, it also checked the gaps and made up for them, made the work ideas clearer, reduced the error rate, improved the quality of project execution, and ensured that the project schedule was implemented according to the original schedule and delivered satisfactory results to the owners. At the same time, it also strengthens the communication and coordination ability between departments.
